Fill up the loan computation form to secure an assessment slip. You will need your latest payslip and leave balance certificate/record as the basis for the computation. Click here.

Wait for the assessment slip in your email box. For further inquiry, you can reply to the email.

LOAN APPLICATION UPLOADER. 
After the fill-up of the application form, you will now upload it together with the loan requirements. 

Optimize the file size of scanned or captured documents. The upload is per page and the limit size is only 10MB.

LOAN APPLICATION SUBMISSION.
You will be NOTIFIED once your documents are verified and considered ready for submission. Submit in 3 copies per required documents to avoid return and delay in the process of your loan. 

Submit the hardcopy of Application Form and Requirements in GHQPF Extension Office at the back of AFPCES Main (Gate 1)
